Yeah -this is “freaking me out”, but it’s not bad, it’s just odd.  The jamil’s chocolate hazelnut porter is starting to gel – it’s got some decent carbonation after 4 weeks in the bottle and the flavor is really good – I just don’t know if I’m digging the chocolatiness so much.  I’m hopefull that after another month in the bottle the flavors will meld a little more, the carbonation will pick up a little more and I’ll have a beer I’m happy to drink.  But for now, it’s a novelty beer – and that’s not what I’m going for.  At least I’m happy to say it doesn’t taste bad – it actually very good – clean flavor – no off flavors – I’m just not sure I like the choco-hazel addition.
